| CODERE SA have supplied heat treatment installations to various aviation sectors from commercial/ military helicopters, military aircrafts to small, medium and the largest passenger plane built for Airbus A380. In this specialized field Codere respect the specifications required under NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Quality system program (AMS2750D) is given to companies who respect all aspects from control/ regulation of temperature homogeneity/ atmosphere to the quality processes for health & safety within the heat treatment process. Our research & development team have achieved global recognition with our patented System 250 modular batch line which is able to deliver a perfect temperature homogeneity (+-3°C) even in the biggest bell furnace constructed (load of 3.3m x 2m). Codere are able to fulfill the tightest heat treatment requirements with our fully automatic or semi-automatic working conditions. Our gas and electric furnace range are able to heat treat loads up to 5 ton in weight. Our past experience in the heat treatment is with oil quenching or salt quenching under protective atmosphere.
